30+ YEARS in Business
Elinvar celebrated our 30th anniversary of recruiting leaders for mission critical executive and senior leadership positions in 2017. We are excited to continue our work in 2018 and proud of the impact the leaders our clients have hired are having on North Carolina and our communities.
For the last nine years we have also provided highly credentialed experts in leadership coaching and organizational development to boards and leaders in their organizations.
Philanthropic ROUND-TABLE Series: A How to on Nonprofit Succession & Transition
We held a series of nonprofit round-table leadership discussions during 2017 that were very well received. Our last gathering was on May 17th and we discussed "Leadership Transitions for CEO's and Board Chairs."
