As a senior executive and an authority on leadership, Eric Larsen has lived the principles that he brings forth in his executive coaching practice.  Prior to this, Eric spent 30 years at IBM, much of that time in management, leadership, and executive positions.

    Janice has earned a reputation for excellence from more than two decades of projects with "tight" time frames and those requiring the balancing of conflicting organizational interests. She was the recipient of the prestigious Cunningham Dissertation Fellowship at Virginia Tech where she received her Ph.D. She graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University in business and accounting.

  • During that time at IBM, Eric was regularly called on to help build new organizations, correct problems in troubled organizations, and assist in driving many organizations to a higher level of performance. He was frequently called on to coach leaders and rising leaders at IBM. The groups he led at IBM regularly exceeded their goals while maintaining the highest levels of employee morale. Currently Eric is Chief Operating Officer of a renewable energy company and maintains an active executive coaching practice.

    Eric’s coaching approach is based on real life experience and is focused on results. His objective is to discover and employ his clients’ core abilities and values and utilize them in setting and achieving their organization’s goals. Central to his approach is the inherent value of the people in the organization. As a result, Eric’s clients achieve their goals while maintaining and growing a positive work climate for the people in the organization. ROBIN WEINICK

PETER METZNER

Peter is a facilitator, trainer, coach and motivational speaker who, through workshops, seminars, coaching and consulting, helps leaders, teams and organizations better engage and align staff to business drivers and the organization’s mission.

AMANDA MATHIS

Amanda is a leadership development expert and executive coach who capitalizes on her 20+ years of experience on two continents. She specializes in change leadership, talent retention and development, developing high performance teams, influence skills and motivational leadership.

Elizabeth is a consultant, lawyer, coach, and mindfulness teacher with a special interest in supporting leaders through transitions, particularly new leadership roles and the shift towards retirement. Her facilitation and workshops help teams recognize their talent and maximize their impact.

  • Elizabeth started EWP Consulting, where she coaches people through life and career transitions and teaches mindfulness meditation as a tool for personal transformation and professional development. After years as a public-school teacher, Elizabeth attended Carolina Law and then worked as a civil rights attorney in New York for years before shifting to higher education. In early 2022, she left UNC School of Government, where she worked as a judicial educator and taught mindfulness as a tool for decision-making to judicial officials, to focus full time on her consulting business.

    Elizabeth’s consulting work focuses on team building, professional development, and facilitation. In her individual transition coaching, Elizabeth helps clients reflect deeply and challenge assumptions as they navigate significant life changes including career transitions and retirement. Elizabeth is also both personally and professionally committed to her work as a mindfulness meditation teacher and frequently designs and offers online courses on a variety of related topics.
