Elinvar VP Leads Leadership Coaching Event

Marirose Steigerwald, Elinvar Vice President, led the afternoon coaching segment of The Women’s Leadership Summit held at Meredith College on September 25th. The coaching event brought 22 leadership coaches together with the 200+ attendees, providing them with a coaching experience to start them on the path of becoming catalysts for change.About Marirose: Marirose Steigerwald merged her company, Workforce Chemistry with Elinvar in May of 2009. About The Women's Leadership Summit: The summit was held on the Meredith College campus. Appropriately titled "Catalysts for Change," the daylong seminar helped women unlock new ways to contribute to and lead their organizations and communities. The summit brought over 300 women together from nonprofit, corporate, government and academic sectors for rich dialogues and in-depth workshop sessions. Elinvar was a sponsor of the event.
