Elinvar Promotes Kim Foster to Managing Director

RALEIGH, N.C. - Elinvar, a leading executive search firm that specializes in helping local CEOs recruit and build highly successful teams, has promoted Kim Foster to managing director and added Meredith Mannheim as search consultant.

Foster, who is also a shareholder in the firm, has worked at Elinvar since 1994 building an extensive network of candidates and gaining search experience in the placement of chief financial officers, accounting staff and other managerial positions. As managing director, Foster is responsible for leading Elinvar's search team activities which include directing the entire search process, assisting the client with organization evaluations, and planning and managing the search from candidate pre-screening through the new hires successful assimilation into the new organization.

Meredith Mannheim joins Elinvar bringing project management and business development experience with technology and biotech start-up companies. Mannheim, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, adds valuable business experience and a broad network of contacts to the Elinvar team. As search consultant, she meets directly with clients to prepare for the search process, identifies and screens candidates and maintains relationships with all involved parties.
