Nanci Appleman-Vassil, MA, NCC, BCC is recognized as an experienced facilitator, consultant and executive coach focusing on core competencies in both the corporate and non-profits environments. Areas of focus include leadership development, change management, performance management, career development and instructional design and delivery.
Nanci consults and works with small, medium and large size companies that want to enhance their effectiveness on the individual, team and organizational level. She is known for building relationships and quickly assessing skill and organizational gaps.
She is regarded as an expert in helping people individually increase their capacity for self-awareness and their ability to self-manage within the systems in which they live and work. Nanci designs and facilitates a variety of experiential activities that support individuals and teams in achieving their desired results including accountability.
Leadership Development projects have also been a major focus helping high potential leaders, new managers and experienced managers increase their effectiveness and understand the importance of interpersonal skills for success.
Nanci’ s consulting experience includes technology, health care, engineering, manufacturing, education and retail.
Nanci is a National Certified Counselor and Board Certified Counselor, She is certified as a facilitator for a variety of products and services including; Crucial Conversations (Vital Smarts) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Situational Leadership programs. Nanci currently is on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of Wake County and a National Advisor of Chapters for the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD)
