Madhu brings a unique blend of left and right brain thinking in her approach. Her education in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Social Work, coupled with extensive corporate experiences with two Fortune 500 corporations (John Deere & Company and Cummins, INC.) as well as an owner of small business managing a global trading company.
With her passion for social responsibility, she has done volunteer work with many non-profit organizations from the ground level to being the chairperson of the Board. This work has given her insights for the challenges faced by those serving others. She brings this firsthand knowledge and empathy to coaching service providers.
