Great leadership can be more art than science.Join us March 16, 2010, beginning at 8:00 am for breakfast, networking, and a facilitated discussion by Tom Stevens, Elinvar’s Alliance Partner, about Seven Paradoxes of Leadership.
Tom explores paradoxes, contradictions, and unconventional ideas that senior executives will likely encounter in the course of running their organizations such as, “a leader’s vision can weaken the organization” and “promote excellence by not thinking about it.” Attendees will have opportunities to discuss these ideas with fellow executives in conversations facilitated by leadership experts.
At the end of this interactive workshop, you will look at your leadership and your team’s leadership in a whole new light. You will gain insight that will help you navigate these leadership challenges and guide you to better choices for unleashing talent, engaging employees, navigating change, and creating an exceptional organization that makes a difference.
