Debbie is a business and career coach, trainer and facilitator with over 20 years experience in human resources management and as an independent consultant. Throughout her career Debbie has enabled clients to envision and plan a clear path to achieving their desired results. She has a passion for working with motivated leaders who seek insight and collaboration in building their strengths and the strengths of their team. Debbie's non-judgmental approach coupled with a keen ability to truly listen to her clients quickly builds high trust relationships.
Debbie has coached CEO's, executives, middle managers and individual contributors in a variety of industries including high technology, pharmaceutical, retail, and the service industry. She can quickly assess the unique culture of an organization and adapt her style to that of the client and her/his environment. Debbie uses a positive approach to guiding her clients to self-awareness through an inspiring and exciting journey.
Debbie is currently President of HR Alliance and has served clients such as GSK, Nortel Networks, the Body Shop, Bell and Howell, Universal Meeting Management, Novo Nordisk, GKN, NCSU and many others. She was formerly employed with Rex Hospital, Nortel Networks, Data General Corporation, Golden Corral and Geomagic.
Debbie believes in giving back to the community through volunteer activities and in the past co-founded a non-profit in Alamance County, NC. She earned her Business Coaching certification through NC State University.
