Collin Rustin is an exceptional group facilitator and executive coach with over 30 years of experience as a human resources professional. Collin is affiliated with The Center for Creative Leadership, as an On-Call faculty and is a master coach for executive level participants. He has served as Director of Counseling for Staff at UNC-Chapel Hill and Regional Director of the National Coalition Building Institute, Inc. NCBI is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development of leaders who value diversity and inclusion, take principal stands and initiate intergroup cooperation.
