Since 1984, Carol’s change consulting practice has centered on large scale engagements involving global expansions, new products and markets, capacity-building, technology, and performance improvement. Drawing from proven methodologies, Carol’s own approach emphasizes leadership, collaboration, pragmatism and momentum not only to achieve defined outcomes, but to create an organizational mindset where change for improvement becomes business as usual. Carol’s prior professional experience includes roles in marketing and sales, CRM, advertising, and information technology, with leadership positions in product management and consulting practice management. She is a past President of the Triangle Organization Development Network and has been a presenter at ODN’s national conference. Carol currently serves on the coaching staff of the Broad Residency in Urban Education and on the faculty of the NCSU Business Coaching Certificate program.
