Bonita McClure, founder of Inspiring Minds Consulting, has over 15 years of experience in the public sector and is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and facilitator in diversity, equity and inclusion. Additional areas of focus include leadership development, coaching, change management, organizational development, team building, instructional design, training and interpersonal skill building.
She is known for her insight and keen ability to build and sustain relationships among teams through her use of engaging facilitation and cross-cultural communication skills.
Bonita’s professional experience includes roles in behavioral health, non-profits, human resources, administration and higher education. With extensive experience working in a variety of roles with diverse groups, Bonita is well prepared to assist organizations in rapidly changing environments.
Bonita is a Certified DISC Behavioral Analyst, Certified facilitator with NCBI (National Coalition Building Institute) and has completed coursework with the Equal Opportunity Institute. She is the former Vice President of the National Diversity Council of the Carolinas and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
With a passion for helping others, Bonita’s interest includes volunteering her time with non-profit and grass roots organizations.
