Kim Foster, Managing Director - Search

Based on this philosophy of search, Kim Foster has spent the last 15 years of her career developing expertise in evaluating clients' needs and candidates' motivations and aspirations. As Managing Director - Search, Kim has led over 200 searches for experienced and emerging leaders in accounting and finance, operations, engineering, human resources and marketing.

Prior to joining Elinvar, Kim developed her business background in public accounting where she served a diverse client base. In both audit and tax, Kim was exposed to a broad range of industries including manufacturing, distribution and service. At Elinvar, she continues that diversity serving those industries along with life sciences, high tech, software companies and non-profit organizations.

Our candidates benefit from the wisdom that Kim has gained through these varied experiences. Through career coaching and leveraging of her contacts, she is proud to have worked with many successful Triangle business leaders in her career.

An honors graduate of East Carolina University, Kim is a member of the NCACPA. She is also a member of The Women's Network, a philanthropic organization dedicated to effecting positive change in the lives of Wake County women and children.
