Since 1989, Dana has worked for or consulted to Fortune 500 companies and the Life Sciences Industry. She has worked on many aspects of business change; helping to implement large technology platforms and systems, integrating diverse cultures, starting up new leadership teams, assessing the impact of new processes and initiatives. She has worked globally, across the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

As the Head of Organizational Development for R&D at GSK, she was responsible for strategic direction, portfolio of service and resource allocation of OD consulting services to R&D leaders worldwide while managing a staff of 16 and a budget of $2.6M. She consulted on change management issues to R&D Executive team and on the impact and productivity of change initiatives throughout the business. She served as co-leader of the Change Management Team to assist with the merger integration of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham R&D businesses (a total of 17,000 people across the globe).

As the Division Organizational Development leader and Change Lead, Program Realization Office at Merck and Co., Dana oversaw change management portfolio of strategic initiatives, supporting the executive team in executing Merck strategic plan and 5 year vision change projects. In addition, she led the development & execution of a change execution toolkit for the CEO’s strategic initiatives in the division and partnered with HR Business Partners to support the transfer of change management competencies, hastening the development of a strategic human resources organization.
