Diane Craver is an executive coach, career strategist, trainer, and consultant with over 20 years of business experience in her work with leaders and organizations.

Throughout Diane’s career, her roles included management with P&L responsibility, human resources, professional and technical recruitment, and business development.

Clients point to Diane’s insightful, creative style that helps them generate value-added strategies for themselves and the greater good. She helps them create transformational thinking and build confidence to take purposeful steps towards success and fulfillment.

Diane works with motivated leaders who want to grow in their leadership and consequently grow more leaders. She believes that strong leadership is required from all of us, not just those at the top of the organization.

Diane earned her certificate in Business Coaching from Duke University. She is a past Board Member of the Triangle Organization Development Network and a member of the National Career Development Association.

Diane is the owner of Spring Forward Group LLC, a leadership and development company. She is co-founder of the IAM Learning Community, a social network focused on work and life transformation. Diane is also a mentor coach with NC State University’s Business Coaching program.
