Dominick is a results-driven executive coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience guiding others to become the best they can become. He works with people who want to become more effective business partners, who want to enhance their strategic relationships within the organization, and who need to make important behavioral changes. His powerful questions encourage leaders to examine their own experiences, construct meaning and develop their own solutions. By doing this, executives have gained strategic insight and awareness which has accelerated their careers, as well as provided a more comprehensive knowledge of themselves. Dominick has conducted executive level assessments and interviewed top leaders from around the globe. Through this experience, Dominick has developed a broad set of principles for effective and ineffective leaders which clients have found to be enlightening and challenging.

Dominick’s clients have described him as “down to earth and edgy”. He does not confine coaching to the foundations of business and challenges his clients to think and act creatively when approaching balanced leadership. Dominick has worked with many of the Fortune 100 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, and Alcoa. Presently, he owns his own business focusing on executive coaching, consulting, and leadership training and development. Also, he teaches classes in leadership and motivation at Devry University.
