Beth Minton is an executive coach specializing in helping people understand themselves and those around them, what they would like to achieve, and how best to get there. Beth brings over 30 years management, consulting, coaching and training experience to improving the effectiveness of leaders and their teams in a competitive environment. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute Co-Active Coaching Program and the Center for Right Relationships Organization and Systems Relationship Coaching Program, and a certified leader of Best Year Yet goal-setting workshops for individuals and business teams, a certified Six Advisors and Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor Coach, and a licensed analyst of Target Training International self-assessments. She is active in the Organization Development Network and the International Coach Federation, and is currently President of the Triangle Organization Development Network.
